Where will my items be shipped from?
Signs ship directly from the warehouse located in Cape Town.
Are the signs safe to use?
Crafted with LED Neon Flex, our neon signs remove the risks of hazardous gases and fragile glass components. The Neon Flex is entirely safe to touch and handle, even while it’s powered on. This assurance makes our product entirely safe for use in both homes and public spaces.
What is the life span on the LED neon flex?
Run time on the LED neon flex is 20000 hours continuously.
Can I turn my neon on or off?
Yes, at the wall switch or using our dimmer / remote control as an optional extra.
